2009 will go down in Atlanta History as a tough year.  With flooding that damaged nearly 20,000 homes and businesses, many people are still struggling to rebuild and recover.

Though not in the news anymore, there are many families facing the holidays without a permanent home.  They are living with friends, family or in hotels.
